FYI this guy Chris hung up on me three times when I tried to calling back. Because I said what kind of insurance policy he is producing when the loss and payee is not coverage. He said I insulted his insurance company damn right I did.

I used this insurance agency when I was in desperate need to get insured and drive my car off the lot. Chris signed me up for an auto debit discount, under the agreement that he would disable it immediately after the payment went through. He did not. He also offered to help me find a cheaper policy before the first month was up, because the one he signed me up for was 2x what I should have been paying. I reached out to him over a week before the month was up, and he said he would do some research and get back to me. He did not. I eventually purchased a new policy on my own and sent him my cancellation request. Only then, did he call me back. He never sent the cancellation to the insurance company. He also neglected to mention that there was a sizable cancelation fee with that particular company. He is very available when it comes time to sign you up, but should you need any adjustments or assistance, he is completely ghost, and it will be at your own expense. As I write, I have incurred a loss of $300 from an unauthorized charge from this insurance company.
so i never gave bad review to any company.But today they really disappoint me and talk very disrespectfully on the phone like i am their servant.These people are very rude.They are very respectful and gentle when you try to buy their policy and when it comes to cancel your policy they will behave like in very bad manners, so i got my policy last year from these guys, this was my first car and first insurance company. so they were really nice to me sold me a policy which was very expensive Around $125 a month and not even a gold one. Just a basic liability one. and last month for no reason they charge me $180.00 without any notice. i had never been in any violation or accident. so i called another company they gave me a GOLD policy for $97 only. and after that i called them to cancel my policy and he was very rude to me, and hangup on me. so i will never recommend these people. never believe when they try to sell their policy.
I usually use this company for tag and tile purposes for my job. This office is very convenience to me because he is right across the street from my office. Chris is a very nice person he has never been rude to me at all. It only takes a call from me to Chris to get what I need going.
OBICHI Insurance Agency the name says it all a third world country insurance agent with third world country customer service. Called to inquire about a insurance policy procedure and the guy with a heavy African accent picked up and said he is “Chris” and I asked him if my company is listed as loss and payee on a customer’s auto policy and he started to disclose the customers personal information to me. Which I last check is “Privacy Issue” so this guy is completely out of the rules and procedures of disclosing someone’s personal information to a third party again this is might be a third world policy. So he rudely told me that my company is not covered as loss and payee because someone else was driving the car and the property is not covered. This is absurd I don’t know what kind of insurance policy he is producing again maybe originated in Africa which is not suitable for anyone in United States. If you looking for a cheap insurance which is not covering anything against your property go get insurance from OBICHI INSURANCE AGENCY they are using IFA Insurance Company and their address is 14 Walnut Ave Clark, NJ 07066.
