I started visiting this location because I was tired of the depressing situation at the Olney branch. The experience at the Derwood location has been nothing but great. I rarely wait long. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have banked with Ani several times and she has been wonderful. They get me in and out timely and they do not run out of change. Not much more I could ask for! Thank you for the great service!

Absolutely love this location! Its barely visible looking in but when you get to meet the employees its such a great experience. Love the lobby engagement and the friendly tellers at the window. I felt very valued as a customer here.
Even though the crew at redland always seemed short staffed, they always greet me with a smile and try to help me to the best of thier abilities. The manager alvaro is knowledgeable as is the rest of his team. Anyone who bashes these wonderful people based on staffing is complaining about things that are our of the staff's control. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK REDLAND!
Slowest bank I've ever seen and the worst is the manager. I don't know his name but he cares less. There's 5 windows and every single time I go there's at least 15-20 minutes wait and only 1 or sometimes 2 windows open out of 5. They ask me if I want to open an account with them? WITH THIS SLOW AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,OF COURSE NOT. The last time on 03/17/2017 I got so frustrated and asked if they are hiring because they were 10 people in line and only 1 window open and the employee was super slow also looks like he's mad...and I got an answer that I should talk to the manager and when I asked "who's the manager?" , he was already listening from his office but instead he started typing on the computer and didn't even care. Annie and Donna are the only two who are great and at least if they're busy ,they smile and say " I'll be with you shorty". The manager cares less and he has the worst customer service. I'm not going to that location ever again. I left that day after the manager ignored my frustration and drove to the Montgomery village location for my job deposit and out of 3 windows there's always 2 open and they are quick and welcome you with a SMILE which is the key for a great customer service. I wouldn't even give 1 star but I have to just to write this review.
